Row of 5 cottages. C17 origins, refaced or rebuilt early/mid C19; altered c.1972-1975. Some timber framing with plaster infill; front and rear walls entirely faced or rebuilt in brick. No.28 has brick dentil cornice. Old tile roof; brick ridge stacks. E-plan. One storey and attic with dormers; 6-window range. 4 entrances with plank doors, including through passage to Nos.22 and 26, No.24 has window adjoining door. No.28 has C19 casements with glazing bars; all other casements late C20. Ground floor openings have segmental brick arches, Through passage has exposed timber framing in one wall. To rear: brick wings. Interior not inspected.
