BARCHESTON SP2639 13/5 Church of St. Martin, row of 5 headstones approx. 1m. S of S aisle near S doorway

GV II

Row of 5 headstones. Dated 1720, 1717, 1710, 1734 and a C19 headstone. Boldly carved cartouches, strapwork, winged smiling cherubs heads, winged cherubs, drapes and floral decoration. Prominent position near south doorway. C19 plain headstone is not of special architectural interest.
