GV II

House. Early C18, with lower late C18 addition to left, and mid/late C20 alterations. Coursed ironstone. Concrete tile roofs have coped gable parapets with plain kneelers; rendered stone ridge stack has brick shaft; addition has similar end stack. 2-unit extended to 3-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range. Entrance to rear. Blocked doorway to right. Main range has mid/late C20 leaded 3-light casements and C18 stone lintels with keystones; lowered sills. C20 casement to left. Mid C20 roof dormer. Left range has C20 three-light leaded casement and on first floor old 2-light leaded casement with painted wood lintels. Right return side has 4-light, 3-lightand 2-light stone-mullioned windows with labels. To rear: flush 4-panelled door with hood. Second plank door inside C20 porch. Mullioned windows and casements. Late C20 dormers. Interior: straight flight and quarter turn staircases. Boxed ceiling beams.
