Circa 1820-30. Large three storey house, cement rendered front. Plinth, giant flanking panelled pilasters rising from first floor band and similar pilasters flanking centre bay. Block cornice, panelled parapet and coping. Symmetrical elevation. Five windows to upper floors, recessed sashes, glazing bars intact. Four tall sashes on ground floor in architrave surrounds. Central recessed glazed door, rectangular fanlight with marginal glazing. Panelled rendered pilasters flanking but pediment removed.
Nos 45 & 47 form a group.
