ENDLESS STREET 1. 1594 (East Side) No 16 (Loder House) SU 1430 SW 1/265 SU 1430 SE 2/265 28.2.52. II* GV 2. Later C18. 2 storeys red brick, raised plinth and 1st floor moulded band. Stone painted moulded and bracketed cornice, full width pediment, vestigal blocking course. Semi-circular recessed panel in tympanum. 2 windows on 1st floor, recessed sashes glazing bars intact with painted triple keystones. Ground floor has modern early C19 style shop front. The ground floor front room formerly had very good rococo plaster ceiling and panelling now stripped and modernised. 1st floor room however contains original panelling and very fine plaster rococo ceiling with scroll work panels. Rear 1st floor room also has panelling and plaster ceiling. The rear garden elevation has moulded brick cornice and parapet. Shallow stone plinth. 3 windows to both floors, full length on ground floor, recessed sashes, glazing bars intact 1st floor. C19 glazing on ground floor.

Nos 16 to 26 (even) form a group.
