THE PLANKS SU 1583 NE SWINDON (west side) 8/133 No. 1 (previously listed in error as 1 Lawn Cottage, The Lawn) 17.2.70 II

House. C18-early C19. Coursed limestone rubble. Stone slate roof with 3 hipped dormers. Gable stacks. Parallel rear wing, similar but with interlocking tiles. 2 storey and attic. 3 bays. Entrance in C20 hipped porch on third bay. Later timber casement windows and splayed stone lintels.
