Church, once the domestic chapel of Dukinfield Hall and later a transept of the Congregational Chapel (1872) neither of which are extant, now disused. Late C16 or early C17. Ashlar with later clay tile roof. Nave and chancel the (ritual) west wall being non-existant since the demolition of the main church. l-bay chancel and 2-bay nave each bay having a stepped 3-light round-headed, cavetto-moulded mullion window with segmental hoodmould. A door to the west of the nave has a chamfered surround (lintel missing). Priest's door with segmental lintel and chamfered surround. 3-light east window as above but double-chamfered, with cusped heads and with an elliptical hoodmould. Projecting plinth, C19 eaves gutter brackets and C19 coped gables with kneelers. Interior: double-chamfered semi-circular chancel arch. The C19 hammer-beam roof has been damaged by fire and the remainder is in a derelict condition.
