House and attached outbuilding. Datestone E/JA/1747, partly raised late C18. Squared coursed limestone; outbuilding is part timber framed. Collyweston and Welsh slate roofs. Originally two-unit plan.

Three storeys. Two-window range of C20 casements, in late C18 sash openings, under wood lintels. Central C20 casement to second floor. Central six-panel, part-glazed, door under wood lintel, has arched hood. Ashlar gable parapet and brick stacks at ends. Front roof raised early C19. C18 outbuilding attached to left has central C20 door under wood lintel. Remains of ashlar gable parapet to left. Rear wall is close-studded timber framing with brick infill.

Interior not inspected but house noted as having remains of open fireplace with bressumer. Ancient espalier pear tree on gable.
