Terrace house. Circa 1770. Multi-coloured stock brick, slate roof. 4 storeys, basement and dormered mansard. 3 windows wide. Entrance to left with elliptical arched doorway consisting of double panelled doors flanked by side lights with supporting entablature-head and fanlight over. Fanlight has C19 armorial stained glass to the Curzon family made up of two crests, the coronet and the motto of Earl Howe, head of the Curzons of Penn, in Buckinghamshire, the title created in 1821. On the left is the Howe crest: a five ostrich feathered plume out of a ducal coronet. On the right is the Curzon crest: a popinjay rising with a collared gule, and in the centre is the Earl's coronet. Below is the Curzon family motto, "Let Curzon holde what Curzon helde." Early to mid C19 cast iron porch. Revealed glazing bar sash windows with semicircular painted red brick arches on 1st floor, otherwise with painted red brick gauged arches. Impost level band course linking 1st floor window arches; main stone cornice over 2nd floor and crowning cornice and blocking course. Early C19 cast iron arcaded balcony to 1st floor. Cast iron area railings with urn finials. Interior altered with Edwardian details including staircase and probably the fully panelled front floor room; rear ground floor room has grotesque panelled composite pilasters articulating the walls looking more of c. 1900 but may be original; 1st floor cornices intact etc.
