Row of houses. Circa 1830. Stucco. Roofs not visible (except tall leaded mansard to No 26). 4 storeys, each house 2 windows wide. Shops to ground floor. No 28 with complete C19 shopfront of cast iron (others C20). Iron balconies to first floor. Square headed windows; architraves to first floor. Sashes, some glazing bars. Dentil cornice above fourth floor. Return to right into Victoria Square. Included for group value with Nos 16 to 24 and Victoria Square. (qv)
