House, now shop and flat. Early C19. Flemish band brick with channelled stucco rustication to ground floor; slate roof; brick stack. 2-room plan with central staircase. 3 storeys; 2-window range to North Tenter Street. Scrolled acanthus brackets flank dentilled cornice over late C19 shop front with mid C20 door; gauged brick flat arches over 12-pane first-floor sashes set in semicircular arched recesses; gauged brick flat arches over 12-pane second-floor sashes. 3-window range return to Mark Street with panelled double doors set in keyed semi- circular arched architraves; blind windows to upper floors, except 12-pane sash over door. Interior: not inspected. One of a group of 4 symmetrically-placed entrance blocks at each end of Mark Street.
