Details
1. 4430 CHURCH FARM LANE tAN1++ CHEAM Boundary Wall and Outbuilding to former West Cheam Manor House TQ 2463 NW 29/29 II GV 2. Towards east end of churchyard wall, section of wall of red brick with battered coping; probably C17; Set on a curve. In east return of this section and then extending east again, high wall of chalk blocks with red brick quoins. Walls of chalk block continue south as east and west walls of outbuilding, possibly former stable block, to West Cheam Manor. These have been built up with brick external facing walls; structure has pantile gabled roof. In east gable end, loft door. In south side, from west to east, ledged vehicular doors, segmental headed window opening [blocked], segmental headed doorway [blocked], modern door, segmental headed window [blocked], modern door and modern window.
The Boundary Wall to former West Cheam Manor House forms a group with Church Farmhouse, Springclose Lane, with Lumley Chapel, with the Church of St Dunstan, with the Lychgate and with Nos 1 to 4 (consec) Church Road, Cheam.
