Early C19 terrace. Yellow stock brick with stucco cornice and blocking course. Slate roof. Stucco string course at 1st floor sill height. 3 storeys and Nos 47 and 49 have dormers. 2 windows each with plain reveals. 1st floor, French casements, with iron balconies, other floors sashes with vertical glazing bars. Good doors with shallow arches, fanlights and pilasters. Nos 45, 49 and 51 have modern doors.
Nos 45 to 51 (odd) with the Greenwich Pensioner Public House form a group with All Saints' Church with St Frideswide, the churchyard walls and gate piers, East India Dock Road, the gate piers to the Childrens' Playground and All Saints Rectory, Newby Place, and Nos 5 to 11 (consec) Mountague Place and Nos 1-3, 24 Bazely Street.
