Substantial house now flats. Circa 1760 or earlier. Brown brick, red dressings. Low pitched slate roof to parapet. 2 storeys, 5 bays wide with early C19 extensions to left and right of 4 and 3 bays respectively. Central pedimented entrance with console pediment; C20 door. Giant pilaster strips to outside of other bays of original part. Square headed windows, gauged heads, sashes, recessed plate glass. Tall chimneys with red dressings, linked in pairs. Interior has C18 staircase with ramped, pilastered dado ,scrolled ironwork balustrade and fielded panelling. Panelling to several rooms, some fielded; cornices etc.
