Symmetrical early C19 house now as 2 dwellings. Three storeys, attic and basement,
3 windows. Stock brick with parapet. Slated mansard with dormer. Side bays,
the left set back, the right projecting. Over right doorway a plaque: SOUTH
BUILDINGS 1812. Gauged flat brick arches to sash windows with vertical bars,
the centre one on each floor in segment-headed recess. Four steps, with wrought
iron handrails, to half-glazed doors in reeded architraves with plain fanlights.
