1. 5018 IVER LANE (South Side) COWLEY The Toll House, Cowley Lock. TQ 0582 22/312 II GV 2. Mid C19 double span building of stock brick with hipped slate roofs. 2 storeys, 2 windows with full basement storey to rear span. l-storey office at right, same materials. Sash windows with vertical bars under near-flat brick arches. Projecting half-glazed porch with hipped slated roof. Later square bay window in office part. Group value.

The Shovel Inn, the Toll House and Nos 73 and 75 form a group.
