2. Dated 1908, by R Norman Shaw. Distinguished classical building of Portland stone. 4 storeys plus slated mansard. 5 Windows, Order of engaged Doric columns in polished grey granite to ground storey. Channelled 1st floor with triple bays to segmentally arched windows. 9 windows to top storey separated by squat pilasters. Modillion cornice.
