Complex of outbuildings of late C18 and later. Brick with Welsh slate roof.
2 and 3 storey height. Outbuilding to Tower Road has 1 window of 3 lights above
1 small segmental window to Cowbit Road. Tower Road elevation is of 2 storeys
above blocked basement openings. Heavy ivy cover. Upper storey has 5(?) casement
windows of 3 lights and 2 hoist doors above same number of segmental headed windows
and door. Outbuilding to east is of 2 storey height with steep hipped Welsh
slate roof. 1 segmental arched window and hoist door to Tower Street elevation.
East elevation has 2 segmental headed windows above large carriage entry beneath
large modern hood. Other small attached buildings of similar date and nondescript
and modern features.

Nos 13 and Outbuildings to south and to north of No 13 form a group.
