2. Small 2-storey, 2-window house of mid C18. No glazing bars. 1 dormer. C19 ground floor bay. Good modillion eaves cornice. Door of 6 panels, 2 glass, under small rectangular porch in iron treillage.
Nos 31 to 35 (consec) and the Garden Wall to No 34 form a group. (No 35 is a local interest building.)
