House and railings. c.1800. Red brick in Flemish bond, slate
roof, brick dentillated first floor band. Cast iron railings. 2
storey, 2 bay front with deeply recessed 6 panel door, traceried
fanlight, horizontally fluted reveals and archivolt, pair of
Tuscan columns and traceried arch set with brick semi-circular
headed doorway. To left a glazing bar sash with segmental head,
roundel in spandrel, set within segmental blank recess. To first
floor 2 glazing bar sashes, set within wider fluted surrounds
with squares to the angles and delicate shallow wrought iron
balconies. In front of the house are 3 cast iron fluted columns
with mushroom knops and chains, made by Gibson of Stamford.
