Farmhouse. Lane C18, c1825, C20. Cream brick, hipped slate roofs with over- hanging, wooden eaves and 5 stacks. T plan. C19, 2 storey, 3 bay front with central doorway with 2 steps leading up to moulded doorcase with cornice with C20 glazed doors and rectangular overlight. Doorway flanked on both sides by slightly projecting vertical brick sections containing single glazing bar sashes with moulded brascketed cornices with similar slightly smaller windows above, and another over the door. Late C18 block to rear of 2 bays with early C20 third bay attached. Doorway to west end with segmental head and partially glazed door. Single glazing bar sash to the right and C20 casement beyond, both with segmental heads, 3 glazing bar sashes above.
