14.3.75. G.V. II

Conservatory. 1899. Mackenzie and Moncur. Iron and glass structure on stone base. North side approached by steps. 15 x 7 bays, each bay has 2 rectangular panels and 3 round- headed lights. Hipped roof and clerestory supported on internal arch-braced colonnade. Verandah to north has glazed ends and hipped roof, with projecting gable to central steps, and glazed ends. Iron balustrade and later railings to 2 outer flights of steps.
