Former school and house, office and house (at time of listing), now three houses. 1761, altered and extended mid C19. Squared limestone rubble, ashlar quoins and dressings. Collyweston slate roof with raised stone coped gable, single gable and ridge red brick stacks, one colourwashed. L-plan. Single storey plus attics, five bay front with plinth having off-centre panelled door with plain overlight. Above the door an ashlar plaque inscribed "TTB 1761". With to right a wooden cross mullioned window and to left a glazing bar sash, all under timber lintels. To left two C19 three light plain casements in chamfered ashlar surrounds. In the roof three hipped dormers, two-light casements with slate hung cheeks. The left hand side front has a planked door in a Caernarvon arched surround with to left a tall two-light window, the head of which rises through the eaves to a gable, and to right are tall single three- and four-light windows and in the gable a small two-light window, all with ashlar surrounds.
