Pigeoncote. c.1600. Coursed limestone rubble, ashlar quoins and dressings. Collyweston slate roof having raised stone coped gables with eaves and ridge obelisk finials. Rectangular plan.
Two storey, single bay gabled front having low four centred arched doorway, reused planked door with facetted wooden reveals with stop chamfers. Above a single two light ovolo moulded mullioned window with ashlar surround and cornice. On the ridge are two slate hung squared louvred flight turrets. Butt purlin pegged oak roof. Stone lined nesting boxes and ledges, all complete.
