II
Cottage. 1818, with late C19 alterations and additions. Coursed and squared ironstone and brick, with ashlar dressings and slate roofs. 3 brick gable stacks, wood modilliond eaves. 2 storeys, 2 bays. L-plan. Front has central doorway with blind overlight and half-round hood with keystone and imposts. Flanked by single plain sashes with splayed heads and reeded keystones. Above, 2 similar plain sashes. North gable has to left, a door, and to right, 2 C20 casements. Above, datestone inscribed 'DRM 1818'. Rear wing has to left, a sash to each floor.
