Former farmhouse. Dated 1797, altered C20. Red brick in Flemish bond, C20 concrete tile roof, brick end stacks. L-plan. 3-storey, 3-window range. Central 6-panel, part-glazed door with fanlight, wood surround with fluted pilasters and straight hood on brackets. Door is flanked by stone footscraper niches. C20 windows replacing sash windows to ground and first floors, and 6-pane sashes to 2nd floor, all with segmental-arched brick heads. Slate datestone above central 2nd floor window inscribed W/WA/1797. Blank windows to ground and 1st floors of left side elevation with segmental-arched heads. 2-storey wing to rear left. Interior not inspected.
