Pair of cottages. Late C18/early C19. Whitewashed brick in part rendered, with pantile roof and brick central ridge stack. Single storey and attic; 2-window range in all. The cottage to right, has 2-light casement and plank door to right. On right end a 2-light horizontal sliding sash and 2-light casement over. Outshot to rear with corner stack, and tiny window. Kemp's Cottage, to left, has door and C20 window and single-storey extension to left. Door and C20 windows to rear. 2-light casement in left end gable. Interiors not inspected but the Cottage noted as having chamfered spire beams and winder stair. Kemp's Cottage noted as having chamfered spine beam. Both cottages have single first-floor rooms. Forms a group with Cottage approx 2m SE (q.v.).
