Details
CHILCOTE SK 21 SE 3/32 Rock Farmhouse GV II House of C18. Red brick with plain tiled roof. 2 storeys, T plan, rear range parallel to road, front range projecting and gable ended. End wall stack to front range, and to right end wall, rear range. Ridge stack at the junction of the two ranges. Brick dentilled eaves, brick floor bands and windows generally with cambered heads. Front gable end has 2-light casements. Right side has 3-light casement and hipped half-dormer. Early C19 door with overlight in angle. Left side has been extended with late C18/C19 square 2 storey extension in angle. Rear range has stone plinth in part, 3-light casement below and 2-light casement with top lights in right end gable. To rear low wide door with casements to right and 2 hipped half-dormers. A C19 2 storey farm building adjoins rear to right. Beams and inglenook inside.
