Circa 1700. Large red brick house. Steep-pitched hipped roof of slates,
with heavy coved eaves cornice. Three hipped dormers with moulded cornices.
Two storeys and attic. Five windows, first floor segmental arches, two-
light casements with glazing bars and horizontal sliding sashes. Ground
floor fenestration and doorways altered - three sashes without glazing
bars, two doorways, (now two dwellings).
