LOSEBY LANE 1. 5304 (West Side) No 20 SK 5804 SE 3/65 25.7.74 II GV 2. Early C19. Red brick. Slate hipped roof. Three storeys. Corner site with three windows to each front. Second floor segmental brick arches small sashes with glazing bars in exposed casing, sills. First floor large sashes without glazing bars with rubbed brick segmental arches, with large keyblocks, sills. Ground floor late C19 shop fronts to both elevation with panelled pilasters and modillion, cornice, modern corner door.
Nos 10 to 14 (even) and Nos 18, 20 form a group also No 20 form a group with the listed building in Guildhall Lane.
