Circa 1820-50. A single-storey stucco extension with one window between wide rusticated pilaster at either end. At centre, each side of door set between Greek Doric half-columns. Plain frieze, with triglyphs in centre, moulded cornice, and shaped and panelled parapet at centre, and small pedimental parapets over end bays.
No 10 together with No 14, Knight and Garter P.H. The City Rooms and Extension, Hotel Street form a group, also The City Rooms and Extension form a group with 2-4 Market Place South.
