Cottage, late C18. Rubble, ashlar, slate roof. 2 storeys. Smaller C19 extension to left hand side. First floor has 2 two light wooden casements. Ground floor has one 3 light wooden casement to left and one 2 light casement to right. Both ground floor windows have timber lintels. Ashlar coping on right hand gable.
Two gable end ashlar stacks. Entry to right. This item included for group value only.
