Farmhouse, cottage and barn in one range. House probably Cl7, cottage and barn C18. All are of coursed rubble, with large squared quoins to house and barn. Coping to gables. L-shaped plan, originally end baffle entry. Ground floor has plain doorway and chamfered door with semi-circular head; between is 5-light window with splayed head, sill, jambs and mullions, the lights have semi-circular heads. Above is a similar 5-light window, C19 sash window and single light window with semi-circular head and glazing bars. Ridge stack. Cottage to right has C18 windows and plain door. Barn has segmental arched cart entry. (77/p166/RCHM).
