The Chaser Public House GV II

Public house later C19 in vernacular Revival style. Coursed rubble stone ground floor, tile-hung above. L-shaped with plain tiled roof. East front. Half-hipped roof at south end with gablet. Ridge stacks and 2 hipped dormers to left, return gable to right with short barge-boards and painted framing in angle. Two storeys, 6 windows, casements on first floor, verandah on ground floor with wooden supports to bressumer under overhang. North side. Taller return front of main building to left, with one hipped dormer, lower rear of stable court north side to right with 3 small dormers. Stable court to west of main building; open wagon-sheds on side and flanking central 2-storey west block with first floor double doors. Included for group value only.
