GV II

Row of houses, c.1800. Squared sandstone with slate roof. 2 storeys. The front wall of Greystones is canted forwards, the 2 outer sides each being of one bay and having sashed windows with glazing bars and plain stone surrounds. The central side is blank on the 1st floor and has a door with plain stone surround and moulded hood. No.1, at the left, is of 2 bays and has sashed windows with glazing bars and plain reveals. To the left of the right-hand bay is a door with plain reveals. The left-hand bay has a wide cart entrance with plain reveals. Attached at the rear is a large joiner's shop of timber and glass. Nos. 2 and 3 form a mirrored pair and have sashed windows with glazing bars and plain reveals. Their adjacent doors have plain reveals. Chimneys at each end of row and to each side of Greystones.
