Granary, now cottage. C17 with C19 alterations. Painted brick with concrete tiled roof, hipped to right. Catslide extension to right with large slope stack. The storeys; irregular fenestration of two windows on first floor and four windows on ground floor. All casements, some sliding, except double round-headed glazing bar sash second from right. Boarded door on first floor at extreme right. Entrance at right.
Interior: wattle and daub partition on first floor. Queen-post side- purlin roof. Adjoins Gardeners Cottage at left. Included for group value.
