(north side) 9/326 Delbridge House 13.10.52 GV II*
House. Early C18 and early C19. Red brick in Header bond with grey brick details. Plain tiled roof. Two storeys with basement and attic on plinth with red brick quoins and moulded plat band and moulded wooden modillion eaves cornice to hipped roof with 2 pedimented dormers and stacks to left and to right. Regular fenestration of 5 glazing bar sashes on first floor with gauged and triple keyed heads and panels of grey headers below, and 4 glazing bar sashes on ground floor with gauged heads. Basement openings to left and to right. Central door of 6 raised and fielded panels with traceried semi-circular fanlight in moulded, keyed surround with fluted Corinthian pilasters with entablature blocks and pediment and 2 moulded steps. Two storey bows on left and right returns added after 1806 in grey and red brick. That to left with French windows with curved sliding shutters. Early C19 wing to rear with margin light sashes.
