YATTON KEYNELL WEST YATTON ST 87 NE 3/541 Manor Farm Cottage 20.12.60 (formerly listed as 2 cottages 45yds south-east of Manor Farm)

GV II

Pair of cottages, now single house, datestone T B B 1764, rebuilt on earlier core. Rubble stone with stone tiled roof and ashlar end wall stacks. Small ridge stack removed. 2 storeys and attic. 2 hipped dormers. 4-window range. 4 first floor ovolo-moulded 2- light recessed mullion windows and central dateplaque. Ground floor 2 similar 3-light mullion windows with hoodmoulds flanking rebuilt- lean-to porch with reset chamfered doorcase and C20 door. Similar chamfered doorcase within porch, outer door was formerly adjacent to inner door. Lower west end addition with door to front. 2 hipped dormers to rear, 2 ovolo-moulded single lights to first floor and ground floor small ovolo-moulded 2-light window and small pointed light, apparently medieval. Interior: North end Tudor-arched flush stone fireplace and full- length attic loft.
