House and shop. Early C19. White brick with slate roof. 2 storeys and cellar. A single upper 16-pane sash window in a flush cased frame has a flat cement arch. On the ground storey, a shop front with pilasters, cornice and fascia has a window divided by vertical bars. An entrance door on the left side. INTERIOR: not inspected. Part of a significant group in Guildhall Street and included for group value.
