Outbuilding to Hungerford Almshouses (q.v.), later C17, rubble stone with stone tiled roof and moulded coping to gables. Flush quoins. West front, to road, has 2 dormer gables, to left 2-light recessed chamfered mullion window with hoodmould over similar ground floor window, to right single flush cyma-moulded light over door in flush moulded surround, both with hoodmoulds. Two ventilation loops each side of door. North end wall has 3-light recessed chamfered window with hood to each floor, lower window within stone-tiled lean-to with elliptical arched doorway at east end. East front has central chimney gable with diagonal shafts flanked by dormer gables Two-light recessed chamfered mullion window and hoodmould to right gable over elliptical arched doorway and 3-light window both under stepped hoodmould. Ground floor left has 2 elliptical-arched doorways, one with oak plank door, and 2- light window to right, all under hoodmould. Double doors to left.
