II
Detached house. Late C18. Limestone ashlar, hipped Welsh slate
roof, stone stacks to rear pitch. L-plan. Three-storey, 3-window.
Central door with 6 fielded panels and fanlight in round-headed
architrave, Ionic portico with iron finials, 12-pane sash either
side. Three sashes to first floor, plat band and three 9-pane
sashes to second floor, moulded cornice to plain blocking course.
Right return has plate glass sashes within late C19 conservatory,
12-pane first floor sash and 9-pane second floor sash. Rear has 2-
storey lean-to with paired 12-pane sashes, mid C19 wing to left
with sashes and French windows, lean-to attached to right, with
added C20 extension.
Interior retains original joinery; 6-panelled doors, window
shutters and stairs with stick balusters.
