7/97 Gate piers and gates with overthrow to north side of churchyard of Church of St. Michael

GV II

Gate piers and main gates. Early C19. Limestone ashlar. 3 square piers with plinth, deep cornice and hipped top. Gates are cast iron with spear heads and decorative wrought iron bottom panels, overthrow with lantern. See also gate piers in Place Road.
