Details
EDINGTON EDINGTON VILLAGE ST 95 SW (north side) 5/146 Churchyard cross about 4m south of porch of Church of St Mary, St Katherine and All Saints GV II Churchyard cross. Possibly early C19, restored 1890 by C.E. Ponting. Limestone. Square stepped plinth to square base of cross carved with quatrefoils containing Signs of the Evangelists, rosette-carved frieze to moulded octagonal shaft, crocketed capping with carved cross. An inscription on the plinth records restoration in 1890-91 during the living of Rev. Cave-Browne-Cave.
