Details
CHITTERNE WARMINSTER ROAD ST 94 SE (north side) 4/31 Barn to south of The Manor (formerly listed as outbuilding at The Manor) 24.7.69 GV II - Barn. Probably c1800. Timber-framing clad with weatherboarding on rubble stone plinth, half-hipped Welsh slate roof. Five bays. Open cart entry on west side facing yard, planked loading bays to gable ends. Queen post truss roof with straight bracing from jowled main posts to tie-beams; same constructional detail as Large barn to south west of Manor (q.v.).
