2. A building with 2 parts, C18 to right and C19 to left. Colour-washed ashlar. C19 left part is of 2 storeys. Moulded cornice and parapet with openwork balustrade (now blocked). 1 large round-headed window on first floor with moulded arch, impost capitals and keystone. Sash window without glazing bars. Ground-floor has 3 round-headed arches forming a porch under the upper floor. The arches are moulded with impost capitals and keystones which merge with stringcourse above. Inside the porch is 1 small round-headed window and a square-headed door of 3 panels with rectangular fanlight. C18 part to the right is of 3 storeys. Stone slate roof, hipped to left. Eaves cornice. 1 window per storey. Sashes in plain reveals, glazing bars intact. Windows have decorative wrought-iron balconettes. Large shop-window on ground-floor.

Nos 15 to 17 (consec), all the listed buildings in Whiteheads Lane, Nos 1 to 4 (consec) and Nos 7 and 8 White Hill form a group.
