Details
GRANDBOROUGH WOOLSCOTT SP46NE 6/84 The Harrow House 06/10/60 GV II House, formerly The Harrow Inn. C16/early C17. Timber framed: close studding with braces and plastered infill; right return side rebuilt in C19/C20 brick. Old tile roof; C20 stone ridge and lateral stacks to left return side. L-plan, with cross wing on left. 2 storeys and attic; irregular 2-window range. Large porch in angle, probably C20, has C20 plank door and 2-light casements to front and side. Late C20 casements throughout, of 3 lights to main range and 4 lights to wing. Right return side has 4-light windows. Wing has blocked attic window. To rear: irregular 4-window range with cross gable on right. Late C20 plank door. Blocked attic window. Interior not inspected. (V.C.H.: Warwickshire, Vol.VI, p.95).
