Assembly room or villa, now house. 1766, but incorporating some earlier work. Brick, with gable of brick laced flint. Tiled roof. 2-storey and attic, 5 bays with further slightly recessed bay to right. Entrance now to earlier section forming back wing to C18 riverside facade. Entrance hall replanned 1941. Riverside block 1 room deep, with low ground floor containing the 'Long room', parlour and library. High first floor. Entrance with narrow Adam style doorcase with broken pediment. River front with central glazed door from long room, and 12-pane sashes. First floor with left high 3 x 6 pane sashes with radial brick heads with stone keys and springers. Three 9-pane sashes to attic behind parapet. Gable has initals T x H and rainwater heads dated 1766. Interior: Piano nobile on first floor 16ft high, 2 rooms with cornices and applique paterae of roses, now 3 bedrooms. Small C18 turned baluster stair.
