Details

SU 17 SW OGBOURNE ST GEORGE HIGH STREET (south side) 8/94 Bramley Cottage, Mount Pleasant (Formerly listed as 17.5.84 Bramley Cottage) II Cottage. C17-early C18. Timber framed, and colourwashed brick. Thatched roof. Single storey and attic, two bays, with lean-to extension on left. Left bay is timber framed and contains main living hall, now kitchen with stack. Right bay probably a rebuild of a framed bay in brick, now a parlour with stair and gable external stack. Lean-to at rear containing entrance. Framing 2 panels high with curved corner braces. Paned timber windows. Thatch swept down over lean-to extension.
