House, Mid C19. Stone with slate roof. 2 storeys, 8 bays, 3rd bay projects under gable, 4th bay forms extruded corner. 5th to 8th bays recessed. Deep bracketed eaves and decorative bargeboards; rusticated quoins. Windows have flat architraves with small paved casements, end 4 bays have sashes with glazing bars. 3rd bay has canted bay window with drip mould and embattled parapet, 2nd bay has gabled porch with 4-centred entrance and half-glazed door. Simple entrances to 6th and 8th bays, 1st floor entrances to 4th and 5th bays with fire escapes. 1st bay lateral stack. Left return to North Mossley Hill Drive has end gabled bays with canted bay windows.
