3 cottages. Early C19. Watershot masonry, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, double pile on plan. Quoins. 2-cell front has doorway with sill-tie. Flat faced mullioned window of 2 large lights with 5-light window over. 2nd cell has doorway with sill tie and 5-light flat faced mullioned window with same over, both having wider central light, probably sashed originally. Left hand return wall has doorway with sill tie and 2-light flat faced mullioned window with same over. Later outshut to rear in pitch faced stone. 2 dressed stacks to ridge.
